Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are:

• Unused and in their original condition.
• Returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
• Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

• Clearance or final sale merchandise.
• Personalized or custom-made items.
• Gift cards.
• Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

How to Start a Return

To request a return:

1. Contact our customer support team with your order number.
2. Wait for return authorization and instructions.
3. Securely package the item in its original packaging.
4. Ship the package using the provided return instructions.

Returns sent without prior authorization may experience processing delays.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

If you’d like a different item, we recommend returning the original product (if eligible) and placing a new order for the item you prefer.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error or a damaged or defective product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
